Online Ordering & Shipping

For orders placed on, contact us at to initiate a return. Returns are accepted for 14 days. Customer responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of a product defect.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Our team is small and orders are packed individually by hand, but we're usually able to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days of shipping.

Shipping for online orders is a flat rate of $7. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping!

Where to Find Us

We're located at 77 Broadway in Jim Thorpe, PA, on the second floor of the Douglas House Marketplace.

Our typical hours are 11 until 5 or later, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Check our social media for any updates to our opening hours.

Yes! You can find us set up at vendor markets and events around eastern Pennsylvania. Check the socials for the latest news about pop-ups.

In 2024, we've had or are planning for pop-ups in Scranton, Gilbert, Lehighton, and Philadelphia, with more to be annouced!

Our shop is located on the second floor and the Douglas House Marketplace has no elevator - but you can still get to us with no steps by using the rear (Race Street) entrance.

While we do not require use of facemasks in our shop at this time, we use HEPA filtration to improve indoor air quality. If you would prefer additional COVID safety precautions, we can arrange masked and socially distanced shopping hours or virtual shopping and styling appointments by request.

Parking in Jim Thorpe can be tricky, especially during festivals and on summer weekends, but we can offer a few tips:

  • Visit on a weekday if you can! Our customers usually find street parking within a two minute walk on Thursdays, Fridays, and Mondays.
  • Parking is available in the large lot by the train station, about a five minute walk from our door, for a small fee.
  • On summer Saturdays and festival weekends, arriving to town early in the day (before noon) will give you the best chance of finding convenient parking. On these days, street parking is hard to find.
  • During fall foliage festival weekends, there are usually several additional parking lots, some with shuttle service downtown. If you're visiting town for fall festival, follow Visit Jim Thorpe, PA on social media for info.

On clothing purchased in-store, we are unable to accommodate returns. We did our best to create a size-inclusive and super comfy fitting room, so we hope you take advantage of it to ensure fit when you visit us!

On non-clothing purchases made in the store, returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days. Refunds can be given in cash only with the original receipt; otherwise refunds will be issued in store credit.

Thanks for asking! We get a large majority of our collection by buying directly from our customers.

We've had a huge increase in interest in selling to us, so as of June 2024 we have closed our appointment books. When we resume taking appointments in a few weeks, we may initially accept only certain sizes and quantities may be limited. When we are buying, you can read our full buylist and guidelines here.
